Philosophy
Doug believes excellent communication and problem solving skills are essential to the success of a project. His experience in working on projects and buildings that are occupied and must remain functional during construction have allowed him to use these skills to the benefit of our clients.

Responsibilities

Doug Kahn offers 26 years of experience working in the construction field. His experiences in both the commercial and residential fields includes Carpenter, Foreman, and Superintendent. His responsibilities include residential and commercial project supervision; subcontractor estimating, scheduling and supervision; materials acquisition; procurement and quality control; field coordination; field safety; project layout; project close out.
