Philosophy
Jerry Phillips maintains an organized and efficient job site on each and every Barth Construction, Inc. project.  As the newest superintendent to join the Barth team, his management style and professional dedication identify him as a valuable contributing member.  Jerry has illustrated his skills as a successful supervisor since October 2000.

Responsibilities
His responsibilities include residential and commercial project supervision; subcontractor estimating, scheduling and supervision; materials acquisition; procurement and quality control; field coordination; field safety; project layout; project close out.

Education
Jerry received a diploma from Vero Beach High School, 1969. He has two years' education from Union Trade School and he received a degree from All State Construction College in 1981.
