John Waickowski

Project Superintendent

Philosophy
John’s supervisory accomplishments can be attributed to a deliberate approach and a meticulous attention to detail.  His energetic management style and knowledgeable background consistently brings results to all his projects and distinguish him as a key contributor to the Barth Team.  John’s ability to successfully complete large and complicated projects  has proven an advantage to Barth Construction, Inc. since 1997.

Responsibilities
 His responsibilities include residential and commercial project supervision; subcontractor estimating, scheduling and supervision; materials acquisition; procurement and quality control; field coordination; field safety; project layout; project close out.

Education
 John received an Associate of Arts Degree from Boston University in 1975.  Additionally, John received certification from the Associated General Contractor’s Supervisory Training Program in 1992.
