Philosophy Jeff Zammit enjoys building custom homes and he has managed custom home projects for over 13 years. Jeff has a reputation for delivering projects that exceed owner expectations. He handles all construction activities in order to meet all project requirements with excellent communication and problem solving skills.
Responsibilities His responsibilities include overseeing residential superintendents, preparing proposals, quantity takeoffs, estimating and budgets for residential projects, solicitation and compilation of subcontractor bids, preparation of contracts and procurement of subcontracts and purchase orders, owner/architect coordination, compilation and procurement of change orders, quality control management, job cost accounting, pay request approval, schedule of values, production and management of Primavera bar chart and Critical Path Method schedules, and permitting.
