In addition to the company’s ongoing construction operations, Phil is forging a new corporate direction for Barth Construction, Inc., that of design/build. By engaging area architects on behalf of the client, the fundamentals of client satisfaction and greater project control become significantly realized, thereby providing Barth Construction, Inc. the ability to deliver a superior project in a timely manner. Guided by Phil’s demand for detail and precision, Barth Construction, Inc. has achieved recognition for outstanding projects in residential and commercial undertakings since 1979. Responsibilities His responsibilities include comprehensive executive and corporate management of Barth Construction, Inc.; acquisitions; design/build project management; custom residential project management; commercial project management. Education Phil received a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida, 1975.
